CONFLICT OF BRILLIANCE HOPPY WHEAT LAGER
6.2% ABV
Grape and apricot aromatics start of our American style hoppy wheat lager. Brewed with raw wheat and raw triticale to create a soft and cloudy mouthfeel. Notes of grape, apricot and triticale spice.
BLING OF ZEUS
6.6% ABV
Using 100% New York-grown Zeus hops, this imperial pilsner is our take on a classic style. Bringing a gentle black currant and muscat grape character to the traditional German style, this clean and refreshing beer rules the elements and awakens the senses.
DARK DAY SCHWARZBIER
4.2% ABV
Brewed originally as a specialty German beer, the black lager is not a common style. We think that's a shame: slightly roasty with a pleasant note of chocolate, our Schwarzbier is full of flavor, with the satisfying crispness of a balanced lager.
NITE RIDE DRY STOUT
4% ABV
This beer is a true dark refresher. This jet black stout brings out chocolate that’s roasty and creamy but finishes dry to quench your thirst on a hot day, or night. Notes of intense dark chocolate with a hint of coffee and marshmallow.
SATAN’S GUT IMPERIAL STOUT
9.8% ABV
As dark and ponderous as the bottom of the roaring Colorado River. Aromatics of raisin, fig and vanilla are both familiar and revolutionary. Flavors of chocolate and dark fruit finish with notes of dark coffee. A rich, full body delivers these strong flavors to your palate with ease and grace.
SPARKLE MOTION IMPERIAL CREAM ALE
6.2% ABV
Reaffirm your commitment to sparkle motion. Another hot take on a cream ale, but this time with a strong hop presence. Look for notes of melon, apricot and peach in this hazy remix. A soft mouthfeel blends with a smooth and clean finish to establish this as a true contemporary cream ale.
INTERGALACTIC PLANETARY FARMHOUSE SAISON
5.8% ABV
From the Hudson River down to the Nile, our saison is worth running to the very last mile. Pilsner malt stays out of the way of a funky farmhouse yeast which makes this beer shine. Floral and earthy aromas flow across this Belgian style, giving way to a dry finish.
ACE OF CONFLICT

Raw wheat gives this hazy and refreshing lager both body and fullness, while a unique combination of hops contribute pleasant notes of lemongrass.
BABY BEATS IPA

This is a bright and hip little brother to Sexy Beats, our mainstay IPA. Defining itself with a sessionable ABV, a supportive and assertive malt presence, as well as plenty of hops on the nose and in the finish, this Baby stands out from the competition. Notes of melon and peach.
SABBATICAL

This light, crisp and citrusy ale is brewed with rye and a blend of spices. It’s also generously hopped to offer you a light but full bodied beer sure to bring you a change of pace. This easy-drinking session ale has hints of rye, coriander, tangerine, orange, fresh pepper, and lime.
WEE PLAID SCOTTISH ALE
7.7% ABV
We brewed this beer with intentions of bridging the tastes of Scotland and the Northeast. Full of rich caramel malty goodness and supported by a healthy wallop of local hops, you’re sure to say its pure dead brilliant. A malt forward beer, look for hints of caramel, with a bready, slightly roasty, sweeter finish.
TRIPPED OUT

Our classic Belgian-style tripel with honey is a big, bold, delicious take on the quintessential style. This cult favorite is a dangerous but delicious interpretation of the famous tripel.
FUDGE FANTASY

The Cookie Factory’s Fudge Fantasy is a favorite indulgence among those with a sweet tooth, and a cookie of choice in the city of Troy. With the chill of winter knocking at our door, we decided to concoct up something warm with holiday cheer: a stout with the addition of cookies and fudge. Much like the confection that inspired it, Fudge Fantasy Stout is a sweet, decadent beer with full notes of chocolate, sugar cookie, and dark malt.
PEAR THYME
4% ABV
This sour ale is aged with pear puree and blended with locally harvested thyme. A delicate tartness from the souring process in harmony with a subtle herbal note makes this beer both refreshing and simple.
COCONUT KARASS ROBUST PORTER
6.6% ABV
This American porter is rich, dark, and complex. Look for hints of baker’s chocolate with roasty and nutty undertones. The addition of toasted coconut beautifully encapsulates the bright and sweet flavors of the tropics, rounding out this bold and full-bodied brew.
BREAK-POINT
5.3% ABV
Rare Form’s take on the classic Vienna Lager style really pops. Brewed with New York-grown Zeus and dry-hopped with Chinook hops for an earthy spice character that compliments the traditional toasted grain flavors of locally sourced Vienna and Munich malts.
PRACTICALLY MAGIC
4.7% ABV
Inspired by the flavors of the traditional coastal Colombian beverage of “limonada de coco”, this beer is brewed with fresh lime and toasted coconut. The result is a sour ale layered with the lush and bright notes of fruit and imbued with just a hint of sweet sunshine magic.
BARREL-AGED KARASS ROBUST PORTER

This American porter is rich, dark, and complex. Look for hints of baker’s chocolate with roasty and nutty undertones. This batch spent several months aging in a blend of Upstate Distilling bourbon and rye barrels, lending strong notes of vanilla, spice, and oak.
DARK TROPIC

Originally released as our first anniversary beer, Dark Tropic triumphantly returns for Rare Form’s fifth birthday. The base is our coconut porter, which embarked on a six month journey of transformation in our Family Tree barrels. The result is a rich, macaron-like dark confection with pleasant and bright sour notes throughout.
