On tap tonight: DEAD BREWER’S COLLABORATION // 6.3% // This beer is brewed to honor the legends of Troy’s storied brewing past. Many of them are buried at Oakwood Cemetery, the very place that served as the genesis for an idea. What if those men could have spanned the decades and centuries between them to brew something collaboratively? This beer is our humble answer to that rhetorical question. This “New York-style” bitter with pleasant malt notes and a subtle hop character has a foot planted firmly in both their world and ours.
